Since the nature of our services is intangible and binding, the onus falls on you, the customer, to make this distinction during the purchase of our goods and services.

 

Getting In Touch With Customer Support

As a customer, and you run into your problems, the first step you should try is contacting us. You can be assured that your problems can be set right by getting in touch with us.

You can do this through our Contact Page. We get back to our customers within 24-72 hours and will have a solution for you.

 

Eligible Refund Requests

We consider these types of requests to be eligible for our refund policy.

  • Non-delivery Of Product Or Service

Our products take some time to complete. This could be either due to processing or servers being busy. Please feel free to write in for assistance from our Customer Service Department. We will do our best to make sure that you get your services delivered. Please note that non-delivery claims must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of placing the order.

  • Product Is Not As Described On The Website

This deals with the service or product falling short of customer expectations. Customers need to provide clear evidence that is able to clarify the obvious shortcoming of the product on our website. Complaints that are raised because of wrong expectations or oversight on the side of customers will not be entertained. Please note that these claims must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the date of purchase.

 

Subscription Cancellation Policy

The customer is billed on the same day they purchased the service first from us, every month. If our services are no longer needed, please send us a message through our Contact Form. Our Customer Service Department will take note of it and update your account to not renew after the month has passed. For example, if you have a product that is renewed monthly, purchased on the 15th of February, and write to cancel about the services a few weeks into the month, we can set your account to expire on 15th of March, which is the next month. If you would like your account to be canceled immediately, feel free to write to us. You are under no obligation to remain subscribed to our service for any reason. However, you will need to write to us when you want to cancel. We will confirm the same and revert to you regarding the status of the cancellation.

 

Subscription Refund Policy

If you’re unhappy with the service for some reason and would like a refund, do get in touch with us within 7 days of your subscription payment date. Your services will be canceled and the amount will be fully refunded. If for some reason you are not able to get in touch within 7 days, your request will be reviewed by us and refunded if deemed valid. Please note that you are not qualified for refunds after the 7-day period.

SEO Services

Client must acknowledge the following with respect to SEO services:

  • All fees are non-refundable.
  • All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
  • Red Tree has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any director y or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
  • Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, Red Tree does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term.
    Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often, the listing will reappear without any additional SEO. Should a listing be dropped during the SEO campaign and does not reappear within 30 days of campaign completion, Red Tree will re-optimize the website/page based on the current policies of the search engine in question.
  • Some search directories offer expedited listing services for a fee. If the Client wishes to engage in said expedited listing services (e.g., paid directories), the Client is responsible for all paid for inclusion or expedited service fees. Red Tree can offer a list of expedited listing services upon request.
  • Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. Red Tree does not assume liability for the Client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.
